What's Baby Jesus Doing Here?

We were intrigued to find a fully stocked Xmas shop in the mall full of Christmas trees and Santa Clause effigies. The baby Jesus was a bit of a surprise, but then again he does have a bit part in the Koran as a minor prophet.
